Abstract

Observational cross-sectional study to compare the performance of the highly-sensitive RDTs in comparison to conventional RDTs in the screening of asymptomatic pregnant women from Sumba (low transmission area) and Papua (moderate transmission area).

Outcome measures: (Individual level) Diagnostic accuracy (Sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value, positive predictive value, diagnostic odds ratio (DOR) and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUROC).

Gold standard: qPCR, nPCR and LAMP
