1. To describe the change in malaria transmission dynamics in a 10-year-period in a peri-urban area in the Brazilian Amazon.

2. To analyze factors associated with changing malaria epidemiology.

3. To investigate changes on malaria incidence following the inauguration of the bridge over the Negro river.
